Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options so please take into account:

For customized products, delivery Time = Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours
Production time: 5-7 working days.
Delivery time: 8-12 working days.

Small items i.e.coasters/keyrings upto 2kgs are usually sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd class so will take 24/48hrs respectively from being dispatched however once dispatched the delivery  is out of our control.

Large items i.e A Full box of Mugs are sent via DPD and are usually within 48hrs from dispatch.

Please bear in mind we are a very small team and at busy periods this can sometimes be longer however we will endeavour to keep you informed if this is the case.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving product(s) only if goods are faulty or we(Easily Printed) have made a mistake in mispelling a name or wrong logo printed.Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.

Please note: Product with "customized", "personalized", "photo”, ”Add name" , ”Upload”and final sale are unavailable for return and exchange.

Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
 

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order.
 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.

  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.

  • All items must be returned in one package.

  • Return/Exchange shipments must be made using a courier service/Royal Mail signed for so we have to sign for them.

  • Customised items cannot be returned(unless we Simple Merchandise) are at fault.

  • The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

  • Naturally any faulty items can be returned.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange, you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?

Step 1: Please email us to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.

Step 4: Proof of posting must be supplied with a tracking number to ensure we receive the item,ALL ITEMS must be returned via a courier/Royal Mail signed for so we have to sign for them 


REFUND

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Easily Printed in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days(depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
